Admission Process

Enquiry and Application Form

Parents interested in admission should visit the school or contact the school office to gather initial information about the institution, curriculum, and facilities. Application forms are available at the school office or on the school’s official website.

Eligibility and Required Documents

Applicants must meet the age requirements specified for each grade level as per State Board guidelines. Required documents generally include the applicant's birth certificate, transfer certificate (if applicable), recent passport-sized photographs, and copies of previous academic records.

Submission of Application Form

The completed application form, along with all required documents, should be submitted to the school office within the stipulated time frame. Schools may charge a nominal application fee.

Entrance Test and Interview (if applicable)

For higher grade levels, schools may conduct a written entrance test to assess the applicant’s knowledge in subjects like Mathematics, English, and Science. Following the test, shortlisted candidates and their parents may be invited for an interview with the admission committee.

Review and Selection

The admission committee reviews each application, test scores, and interview feedback. Admissions are granted based on merit, seat availability, and alignment with the school’s academic criteria.

Admission Confirmation and Fee Payment

Upon selection, parents are informed, and they must complete the admission formalities by paying the initial fees, which usually includes an admission fee, tuition fees, and other necessary charges.

Orientation and Start of Classes

Once admission is confirmed, students and parents are invited to attend an orientation session to familiarize themselves with the school environment, academic guidelines, and policies. Classes typically commence as per the State Board academic calendar.
