Eligibility & Guidelines
1. Age Criteria
o Applicants must meet the age requirements as per the State Board guidelines for each grade level. For kindergarten, children should typically be between 3 to 5 years old, with age criteria increasing progressively for higher grades.
2. Academic Background
For admissions into higher grades, students must have completed the previous grade level from a recognized school. Submission of a Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous school is mandatory for grade transfers.
3. Required Documents
Parents must submit essential documents during the application process, including: ■ Birth Certificate (proof of age) ■ Passport-sized photographs ■ Previous year’s academic report card (for higher grades) ■ Community Certificate, if applicable ■ Transfer Certificate (for transfers from other schools)
4. Entrance Test (If Applicable)
For certain grades, an entrance test may be conducted to assess the student’s understanding of core subjects like Mathematics, English, and Science. he test helps ensure the student is prepared for the academic level of the desired grade.
5. Parent and Student Interview
Shortlisted candidates may be invited, along with their parents, for a brief interview with the school’s admission committee. This helps understand the family’s educational expectations and the student’s aspirations.
6. Admission Guidelines
Admissions are granted based on seat availability, academic criteria, and merit in the entrance test, if applicable. Priority may be given to siblings of current students and alumni families.
Submission of complete documents and timely payment of fees is required to confirm admission. Failure to complete these steps may result in forfeiting the admission seat.
7. Fee Payment and Enrolment
Once selected, parents must complete the admission formalities by paying the applicable admission and tuition fees. Upon payment, the student is officially enrolled, and details about the start of classes and orientation will be provided.
